We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:
— unused
— unopened
— in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare, cosmetics, or fragrances unless the product is defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. You can return your products at any ACS pick up point.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are applicable exclusively to online orders.
